What We Set Out to Achieve

MedNet members relied heavily on phone-based support for accessing policy details, claim status, provider information, and approvals—creating friction, delays, and higher operational costs.

As expectations for digital healthcare services increased, MedNet recognized the need for a dedicated, secure mobile solution that would allow members to manage their healthcare needs independently.
