What We Set Out to Achieve

The platform needed to deliver a centralized, responsive web experience accessible via QR code for seamless guest parking.

Key goals included enabling residents to register guest vehicles, manage subscriptions, and track usage; providing enforcement teams with real-time dashboards to validate sessions and flag violations; and giving administrators full control over properties, zones, pricing, subscriptions, and reporting.

Secure Stripe-based payments, multi-location support, role-based access control, and accelerated delivery through AI-assisted workflows were essential—without compromising quality or security.

The solution was built with simplicity in mind for enforcement staff and powerful controls for administrators, balancing usability with enterprise-grade reliability.

The platform includes secure authentication, a resident portal for guest registration and subscription or pay-per-use parking, QR-code guest access with no login required, and a real-time enforcement dashboard for session validation and violation flagging.

Administrators manage properties, zones, pricing, users, and reports, supported by automated notifications and Stripe-integrated payments.
